A nice way to make things better

Appreciative Inquiry is a positive approach to generate change. You start by finding out what works and then think how to build on this to make things better. This is often easy and fun, it is much more powerful than looking for problems, which makes you miserable and then trying to fix them, which feels like hard work.

The link is to the appreciative inquiry commons website. This has lots of practical examples of this powerful and enjoyable technique and philosophy.
